ITINERARY:
Day 1 (27th February,2023)
Meeting at the Hotel of Vrindavan by 7 p.m. Hotel details will be shared before Tour /Travel. Dinner at Hotel & discussion on Photo Tour, preparation of Camera Gadgets. Dinner & Rest.
Day 2 (28th February,2023)
Morning departure from hotel around 10 a.m., will make Breakfast on the way and will try to reach Barsana by 12p.m. Will cover exciting Laddu Holi events along with the ambience of People Photography.
Return at Hotel on evening – Dinner at Hotel, rest.
Day 3 (1 March,2023)
Morning departure from hotel around 9.30 a.m., will make Breakfast on the way and will try to reach Barsana by 11.30 a.m. Full day activities on Rangoli Gali to cover exciting Lathmar , Holi events & will cover some of the specific spot to get exclusive shot. Return at Hotel on evening , Dinner at Hotel, rest.
Day 4 (2 March,2023)
Early morning departure from hotel around 7.30 – 8 a.m., will make Breakfast on the way and will try to reach Nandgaon by 10 a.m. As it will be a huge crowded event taking a proper spot on the Top of the Temple is Mandatory – hence, we need to plan accordingly. Full day event on Portrait, Color Blast Award winning images of HOLI, Culture at Nandgaon,
Return at Hotel on evening – Dinner at Hotel, rest.
Day 5 (3 March,2023)
Afternoon departure from hotel around 2.30.m, will visit near of Streets, Temple at Banke Bihari Gali on the auspicious eve of Rangvarani Ekadashi.
First Slot of HOLI Trip will be over in the Morning post Breakfast and checkout 11 a.m.
Day 6 (4 March,2023)
Morning departure from hotel around 11a.m, will visit near of Streets of Dwarakidesh Temple, Mathura / evening visit at Banke Bihari / Prem Gopal Temple / Keshi Ghat.
Day 7 (5 March,2023)
Morning departure from hotel around 9.m, will visit Gopinath Temple to cover Exclusive Widow Holi / Holi at Gokul (Completed by 3 p.m.)
Lunch on the way & return to Hotel and Trip Completed, Checkout 7 p.m.


Workshop fee is INR 13500/- (Vrindavan to Vrindavan)
Dates: 27 February to 3 March (Checkout at 11 a.m.)
Workshop fee is INR 19500/- (Vrindavan to Vrindavan)
Dates: 27 February to 5 March (Checkout at 6 p.m.)
Spot Discount on Booking by 10th January 2023 – Flat INR 1000/- off


FEE INCLUDES:
 Twin shared room (optional for couple/partners, otherwise preferably with same gender participants) in a standard hotel, with attached toilet.
 Single Room will be Charged INR 15000 / INR 22000 if required*.
 It will cover all meals and mineral water (Breakfast, lunch and dinner), starting from 27th February to 3rd March / 5 March.
 Mentor’s fee for on-field assistances and arranging best spot for the Workshop and other administrative requirements.
 Preparation & Protection assistance of Camera Gadgets.


FEE DOESN’T INCLUDE:
 No airport/station pick up and drop
 Train/flight tickets to and from Vrindavan / any visa / permit fee for foreigners
 Any additional food items or beverages during meals.
 Any personal habit or expenses.


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
If you cancel your registration, then you will be refunded according to the following schedule, based on the full fee of the Workshop:
30 days: 50% refund
 Less than 15 days: Non –refundable


Payment Terms:
REGISTER YOUR PARTICIPATION AFTER PAYING 50% of the Tour Cost, Rest amount 2 Week before of the proposed Tour.
